1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Together Travel. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") outline the rules, regulations, and legal boundaries governing the travel planning and booking services provided by Together Travel ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By retaining our services, you (the "Client," "traveler," or "you") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. This Agreement governs the relationship between Together Travel and you, acting as a legally binding contract for all travel services provided to clients residing within the United States.

2. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located in Bristol, Tennessee, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement or your travel arrangements.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

Together Travel acts strictly as a booking agent for vetted, independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, all-inclusive resorts, tour operators, and cruise lines (the "Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the travel products or services provided. You acknowledge and agree that Together Travel is not liable for the actions, omissions, errors, bankruptcies, insolvencies, or service failures of any Supplier. Your travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective Suppliers, and any interaction or booking with them is at your own risk.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is fully processed and the booking is confirmed in writing. Together Travel will provide a payment schedule detailing deposit requirements and the deadline for the final balance. Please be aware that Suppliers reserve the right to increase prices or impose surcharges (including but not limited to fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations) before final payment is made. It is your responsibility to ensure all payments are made in full by the stipulated deadlines; failure to do so may result in booking cancellation and the forfeiture of prior payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Should you need to cancel your travel arrangements, you must submit your cancellation request to Together Travel in writing. Together Travel reserves the right to charge an agency cancellation fee for our time and administrative services. Furthermore, you are subject to the specific cancellation policies, fees, and penalties enforced by the Suppliers involved in your itinerary. These Supplier fees are entirely separate from our agency fees and can often be up to 100% of the booking cost depending on the timing of the cancellation. Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the Suppliers' terms.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment from unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. Travel insurance policies vary, and it is your responsibility to review and understand the coverage provided.

Waiver of Insurance: By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that Together Travel has offered and strongly advised the purchase of travel protection. If you decline to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy, you assume all associated financial risks, liabilities, and penalties, fully releasing Together Travel from any financial loss you may incur.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for obtaining, verifying, and maintaining all required travel documents for yourself and any minors or individuals traveling under your booking. This includes, but is not limited to, valid passports (typically requiring 6 months of validity beyond your return date), visas, health mandates, and vaccination records required for your specific destinations. Together Travel is not liable for any financial losses or travel disruptions incurred if you are denied entry or boarding due to a failure to provide appropriate documentation.

8. Force Majeure

Together Travel shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable to you for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, global pandemics, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, and government-imposed travel restrictions or advisories. In the event of a Force Majeure, Supplier policies will dictate the terms of any postponements, credits, or refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together Travel, its owners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with your travel or the services provided by any Supplier. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our travel planning services shall be limited to the total agency fees paid directly to Together Travel for the specific trip in dispute.
