Together Travel acts solely as a sales agent for independent third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, resorts, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers (collectively, "Suppliers").
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers. Therefore, Together Travel is not responsible or liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Suppliers. Furthermore, Together Travel assumes no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, cancellations, delays, overbooking, route changes, or other damages or expenses resulting from your arrangements with these Suppliers.
4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All travel quotes, prices, and availability displayed on the Website or provided by our agents are informational and subject to change by the Suppliers at any time without prior notice. No reservation is complete, and no price or availability is guaranteed, until a booking is officially confirmed and a deposit or full payment has been successfully processed and applied to the reservation by the Supplier.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Together Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their travel investment against unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays.
If you choose to decline travel insurance coverage, you assume all financial risk and responsibility for any losses, non-refundable expenses, or penalties incurred. Together Travel shall not be held liable for any financial loss or out-of-pocket costs resulting from your decision to decline travel insurance.
6. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DOCUMENTATION
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to secure, verify, and carry all required travel documentation for their specific itineraries. This includes, but is not limited to, valid government-issued photo identification (such as a REAL ID), passports (typically requiring validity of at least six months beyond your scheduled return date), visas, and health or vaccination certificates.
Requirements vary by destination and traveler citizenship. Together Travel is not responsible or liable for any denied entry, boarding denials, or travel disruptions resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all branding, text, graphics, logos, website design, images, and software—are the exclusive property of Together Travel or its licensors. These assets are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our Website without our express written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
